Student Complaint Procedure
果冻传媒 students may file a complaint with the University by following the complaint procedures outlined in the Student Handbook and Student Handbook Appendix. Students with concerns can also use the NUHelp website to access University resources and reporting forms.
Any member of the University community can file a complaint or report a concern at any time through the central “Report a Concern” website and . All reports received via EthicsPoint Hotline that relate to students are referred to the appropriate office for resolution (i.e., Office of Civil Rights and Title IX Compliance for concerns of sexual harassment or discrimination, Office of Community Standards for Student Code of Conduct violations, etc.). In unique circumstances, a matter may be reviewed in consultation with multiple offices to determine where the report should be routed for follow-up or further investigation.
Online students who reside in a SARA state or territory* should attempt to resolve grievances through Northwestern's institutional process for filing a complaint as described above.

Students may also file a complaint with 果冻传媒's accrediting agency, the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) by following the HLC .
果冻传媒 collects and analyzes data related to student complaints annually to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

SARA is a voluntary agreement among member states and U.S. territories that establishes comparable national standards for interstate offering of distance-education courses and programs. SARA membership includes all states with the exception of California, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. .
