As the Administrative Assistant, Trevor provides essential support to the Operations & Services unit within Residential Services, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Trevor manages the department’s email and phone lines, supervising student staff, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination. He organizes and maintains documentation, supports HR and financial processes, and contributes to web content management. Additionally, the role involves supervising the HOME Line Assistants to ensure high-quality service for students, families, and other stakeholders.
Trevor graduated from Iowa State University in 2019 with a B.S. in Computer Science. He enjoys swing dancing socially and competed in competitive fighting games from 2014 to 2021 playing games such as Super Smash Bros. Melee and Street Fighter V. He runs a home server hosting a Minecraft server and other services. Trevor also enjoys playing modded retro video games such as Metroid randomizers.
